The Labour Party in Ogun State has written a petition to the Commissioner of Police over the activities of a factional Secretary of the Party, Comrade Oginni Olaposi.
The party stated this in a letter written to the commissioner of police obtained by PLATFORM TIMES on Monday.
In the letter, the Party alleged Oginni of perjury and called on the Commissioner Police to investigate the matter and criminal activities of Oginni.
It would be recalled that the party had initially alleged the embattled secretary of criminally filing a suit on behalf of the governorship candidate of the party, the candidate who Oginni told the court he never met.
