The Akarigbo and Paramount ruler of Remoland, Oba Babatunde Ajayi, has said he will commit himself to meeting the expectations of his people economically and development wise.
Oba Ajayi stated this during an interview with newsmen in Sagamu, saying ‘’I want to meet the expectation of my people in terms of infrastructural development and economic well-being.
One thing we can promise them is honesty of purpose, the sincerity that we are truly committed to the upliftment of the people. Sagamu, Remoland would witness tremendous progress in my time,’’ he said.
He assured of his readiness to use his wealth of experience to engender unity and peace in his domain, advising the people to co-operate with one another to foster peace and growth of Remoland as no meaningful development could be achieved in an atmosphere of rancour.
The Royal father expressed optimism that better days were imminent for Remo people, urging them to be prayerful and exercise patience as ‘’Rome was not built in a day.’’
He lauded Senator Ibikunle Amosun-led Administration for the various developmental projects put in place across the State, assuring that his stool would complement the efforts of the administration in its mission to rebuild the State
