One person was reportedly killed and three others injured when gunmen invaded a cashew warehouse in Agbe-Ola, Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara State.
The incident, it was gathered, occurred weekend at the community within the Oro town located along the Ajase-Ipo/Omu-Aran Road.
According to witnesses, the invaders shot sporadically, forcing residents to flee.

“They stormed the facility in the night with several other workers still around. But the merchant himself was absent. One of the workers who attempted to resist was shot and killed on the spot.
“Three other individuals, believed to be staff of the warehouse, were forcefully whisked away by the attackers to an undisclosed location and their whereabouts remain unknown,” a resident, Mr Ojo Oni, said.
Oni, who was among the residents that went to condole the family of the victims in the community, called on the police to secure their release.
A relative to one of the victims, who confided in our correspondent, said the owner of the farm is an indigene of Ilorin.
When contacted, the spokesperson for the Kwara State Police Command, Adetoun Ejire-Adeyemi, said she would find out about the development and revert.
She was yet to do so before the filing of this report on Tuesday.
