A 14- year- old girl (namewitheld) was allegedly abducted and  gang raped by two suspected cultists identified as Precious a.k.a Pere and Chidebere a.k.a B2K.

PLATFORM TIMES gathered that the incident occured  on December 20 at about 10am.

The victim was reportedly taken  to an apartment in a three-storey building at National street, Mile 3 Diobu, Port Harcourt where they gang raped her.

A source said the suspected cultists threatened the teenage girl that she would be killed if she told anybody.

PLATFORM TIMES further gathered that the apartment where the teenage girl was gang raped was  being occupied by a son of the landlord.

It was also gathered that Precious aka Pere one of the suspects, returned from prison recently.

The mother of the teenage girl who did not want her name in print  due to stigmatization confirmed the incident to our reporter.

In an interview with journalists,Vice Chairperson of Centre for Basic Rights Protection And Accountability Campaign,Rivers State, Jennifer Stephens condemned in its entirety the abduction and defilement of the 14 year old girl.

Stephens stated that more disheartening is the revelation that the girl was also deflowered in the process.

She revealed that from available information, this not the first time the suspects are perpetrating the act in the same building.

“Now that the matter has been reported to the Police,we call on the Police to expedite action to arrest the fleeing suspects to ensure justice is done and seen to be done in the circumstance.

“We equally call on the Police to invite the landlord/landlady or whosoever that is in charge of the building for questioning as we await the arrest of the suspects” she said.

Meanwhile, the matter has been reported to the Nkpolu Police Division, Mile 3 Diobu where the teenage girl was issued medical form and currently taking treatment at undisclosed hospital.

The spokesperson of Rivers State Police Command, SP Grace Iringe-Koko confirmed the incident.

She said the incident has been reported at Nkpolu Police Division and effort is on to arrest the culprits who fled after the incident.
