The Ogun state Allied People Movement(APM)Gubernatorial candidate, Honourable Abdulkabir Akinlade,has urged the people of the to ensure a free and fair election in the forthcoming elections.
This was made known at the flag off campaign of an APM house of representative candidate, Honourable Mikail Kazzim;who is seeking re-election to represent Abekuta-North/Odeda and Obafemi-Owode.
Akinlade who said he was on his way to Ilaro,Yewa-south local government for his campaign, explained that he made a halt to pay homage to the people of the constituency.
He however presented four(4)APMflags to Kazim as a mark of declaration of party campaign in the constituency.
He said” I haven’t come to Abeokuta North for proper visitation,I was on my way to ilaro,I have to honour my party member whose flagoff is today.
Honourable Mikail Kazzim is an asset to the Federal constituency,its high time the people of Abeokuta North,Obafemi Owode and Odeda constituency pay him back because he has done numerous works in those constituencies”.
Also,he disclosed that even though the mandate was stolen,that doesn’t mean the people’s choice would also change.
He urged them not get involve in electoral malpractices,and to be of good conduct before and after the election.
He said”They believe that once the mandate is stolen,the people will be put in a confusion state. I believe the people of Ogun state are full of widom,don’t fight them because they have notin to offer.We don’t want to share the vote,we want 100% in the forthcoming elections.
Come out in peace and vote.my vote will be 100% in Abeokuta North,Ogun state is the first,others learn from us.it so glaring that they want to frustrate Amosun,we would in Mass vote for President Muhammadu Buhari and senator Ibikunle Amosun”.
