Ogun Guber poll: Massive turn out in Sagamu

Residents living in Sagamu axis of Ogun East in Ogun state have come out en masse to elect new leaders in the ongoing governorship and state Assembly.

A visit to many wards in the area, PLATFORM TIMES observed that many of the voters have started exercising their Francine since 8 am.

At Ward 14 unit 15 in Awolowo market in Sagamu Local government area.

According to the presiding officer, Lawal Yusuf claimed the INEC got to the polling station around 6 am.

Lawal, however, said voting has started since 8 am and card readers were working perfectly.

Also, a visit to Ward 12 unit 7 Isote, in Sagamu Local government, PLATFORM TIMES observed that voting has also started in the polling station.

Speaking with the presiding officer, Abbey Samson at the polling station said voting started around 8:30 am.

He added that the official got to the polling station around 7:30 am
