LG aspirant, philanthropist to empower 1000 residents of Abeokuta North

The Chairman and Founder of Irorun Movement, Engr. Tajhdeen Ishola has announced his plans to empower no fewer than 1,000 residents of Abeokuta North Local Government of Ogun State.

Ishola in his usual philanthropic ways explained that the empowerment programme was to support the initiative of Governor Dapo Abiodun at the grassroot.

The empowerment programme which he termed as TJ Trust Fund (Okowo TJ) involves giving out cash to the needy and establishing Micro enterprise Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) for the beneficiaries.

Ishola noted that the empowerment programme would be headed by some financial experts.

He explained further that the Financial experts would educate the beneficiaries on how to maximize opportunities within the local government.

The Chairman urged all residents of Abeokuta North Local Government to meet with their ward leaders, community chairmen or visit Irorun Movement Secretariat for further enquiries on the empowerment programme.

Ishola however maintained that the empowerment programme would begin soon.

The Chairman, Irorun Movement is a man who believes in the grassroot. He has commissioned quite numbers of projects within and outside Abeokuta North Local Government.

PLATFORMTIMES had reported that, Ishola donated 6,000 notebooks to primary schools pupils in Abeokuta North Local Government.

For over five years, Ishola has been sponsoring indigent students in the Local Government to partake in West African Examination Council (WAEC) and Joint Administration Matriculation Board (Jamb).

The Irorun Movement has worked diligently with youths in the Local Government to achieve sustainable vocational trainings.

Ishola had commissioned water project in some communities in the Local Government. He didn’t just provided boreholes but also maintained it.

Ishola’s gesture for humanitarian was not because of his aspiration but because of the love for his people.
