The Lagos State House of Assembly has passed a vote of confidence on Mudaahiru Obasa.
The lawmakers passed the vote of confidence at the plenary Monday.
They commended the speaker on the way he has been managing the affairs of the House.
The lawmakers also condemned the petition written against the Speaker by Comrade Buna Isiak to the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC, saying it was baseless.
