Action Alliance has rejected the results of the Saturday local government elections held in Ogun state .
The party which complained that its party logo and name were missing from the results sheets has asked the government to set up an election tribunal.
The party through its lead counsel,Olubayo Durojaiye wrote the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs asking it to set up an election tribunal to allow it seek redress of the alleged irregularities .
The party complained that the elections witnessed a lot of irregularities such as rigging , multiple voting , ballot stuffing among others .
The party adds that there was incidents of intimidation of it’s members ,failure to provide official results sheets .
Among the Action Alliance complaints was the inflation of results .
The party said despite the participation of it’s members in many parts of the election units , there were cases of exclusion of the party logo on the results sheets .
The piarty said ” based on.the above complaints ,we hereby ask that election tribunal should be set up”
