More commendations and praises are being showered on IAS Unique Homes and Properties by the Freelance Broadcasters Association of Nigeria; Veteran journalist, Eddy Aina; and Chairman of NBI Estates, Fisayo Oyesiku.
The endorsement by the highly respected association and people in the state came when the real estate firm commissioned new office in Mechanic Village, Laderin area of Ogun state.
PLATFORM TIMES reports that the owner of IAS Unique Homes and Properties also owned First January Agro Investment Limited, June Six Energies Nigeria Limited and ABL Merchandise Nigeria Limited.
At the commissioning, the National President of FIBAN, Comrade Desmond Nwachuckwu endorsed the real estate firm as one of the most trusted in Ogun state.
Nwachuckwu expressed readiness to stand as guarantor for anybody that has doubt about the real estate firm.
He noted that IAS and its other conglomerate has over few years of establishment proven to be the most trusted company in the state.
In addition, the Chairman of the Ogun state FIBAN, Omifemi Omilani described the real estate firm as the most trusted and reliable.
Omilani advised the people to utilize opportunities IAS is bringing in making housing affordable to the low income earners.
Also, a doyen in the broadcasting world, Eddy Aina described the owner of the real estate company as person with integrity.
Aina assured the people of the state of getting value for any money invested in IAS or any of its conglomerate.
In what seems like a surprise, the Chairman of another real estate, Fisayo Oyesiku commended IAS for providing affordable housing to the people.
Oyesiku said despite having its own real estate firm, he never regretted partnering with IAS.
He however assured the people that IAS is one of the foremost estate company in the state that can be trusted.
Meanwhile, the Chief Executive Officer of IAS unique Homes and Properties, Ayobami Adelani said the real state is committed to make housing affordable to the people.
Adelani fondly called Obapedepede revealed that customers get access to building on their land after making half payment.
He noted, “we are giving people land immediately they pay half of their money. There are many that started this with us but they changed it.
“We have been faithful and remain committed to fulfilling the promise we made to our customers.”
Adelani however revealed that the company will hold a massive anniversary celebration on December 12, 2021.
The IAS boss said customers will have opportunities of winning mouth watering gifts like cars, home appliances, among others through a raffle draw during the anniversary.
He explained that the company will be giving out a Toyota ‘Camry Muscle’ and Toyota Corolla ‘Big Daddy’ to some lucky winners alongside 18 other prizes.
