A former governor of Ogun state who is also the Oluwo of Oba , Segun Osoba on Friday, announced the death of the
Olu of Kobape, Oba Olufemi Taylor.
Osoba made the announcement in a statement issued as the Oluwo of Oba in Obafemi-Owode local government area of the state on behalf of the Alake and Paramount ruler of Egbaland , Oba Adedotun Gbadebo.
The statement added that, the arrangements for the late Oba’s burial was in progress.
The statement read: “On the authority and approval of the Paramount Ruler of Egbaland HRM, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo CFR, I announce that the Olu of Kobape HRM Oba Olufemi Taylor has joined his ancestors.
“Arrangements for the administration of the affairs of Kobape Kingdom is being put in place by the Alake of Egbaland.”
