Another feather was added to the cap of the Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo on Sunday as he received an outstanding award from Dynamic Film Makers as the real estate of the year.
The event which was with pomp and peagentry featured the presentation of
the award to the CEO of the Company.
Explaining its choice of Pelican this year for the prestigious award , the film makers said the award is to motivate Pellican-Valley Nigeria Limited to do more to the society, and to thank the company for impacting positively on the society.
The group of film makers said “by awarding Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited with the real Estate of the year award, we hope that it can be motivated to continue to make progress in real estate business.
“It is to show appreciation to the company for the hard work they have put in, and the sacrifices they have made. This is one of the ways to separate the best from the good.
“As for Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, we have seen his achievements in real estate sector, what happens today is to show to others about Pelican Valley achievements, and we intend to motivate him to improve on what they are known for.
Speaking with Journalists after receiving the award, the elated Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, said the award was one of the series of recognitions that comes the way of Pelican Valley as a real estate company in the State.
He said the award did not come as a surprise as the company has also taken excellence and client satisfaction paramount in all its dealings.
He added “The award came to us based on what we have done in terms of customers satisfaction, our goodwill, as the leading real estate sector in the State and many others. We will continue to hammer on that as we cannot afford to fail our clients.
“This is a wonderful achievements and we really appreciate it. With this award, we have not gotten to the peak, but it’s a challenge to do more, we will focus on our plans and projections and we are patiently working to achieving those goals and aspirations.
“We are ready to do more, like for example, what we have done in Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, where unusual things happen, cannot be found in any other real estate company in Nigeria. Our landscape in Pelican Valley is incomparable in the entire Southwest and Nigeria in general. We are ready to go extra mile to getting our clients satisfied.
“All these and many others are what endeared us to the people and we will continue to build on these achievements.
“We are so honored and grateful to be the recipient of the award. I am very touched by the Dynamic Film Makers as they align with our objectives. We have known them for long, and we will continue to strive for more.
