Nigeria Labour Congress, Ogun state council says it will host political office holders in various regions in the State on their commitment to the plight of workers and public accountability.
NLC disclosed this on Tuesday in an invitation letter made available to PLATFORM TIMES and directed to the general public.
The letter was signed by Comrade Adetola Balogun and Comrade Ayoolu Soetan, the NLC chairman and the secretary of political committe respectively.
The invitation letter titled: “The invites for the general public to another political engagement platform: Stewardship”.
The letter reads: “For Elected Political Office Holders to give Account of their Stewardship to Labour Movement and other Stakeholders in Ogun State.”
The Congress will host Senators representing Ogun West, Ogun East and Ogun Central.
It will also host members of the House of Representatives; Imeko-Afon/Yewa North, Ifo/Ewekoro, Yewa south/Ipokia, ljebu North/ljebu East/Ogun, Ijebu-Ode/Odogbolu/ Ijebu North East, Ado-Odo/Otta, Abeokuta North/Obafemi, Owode/Odeda, Abeokuta South, Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North and Ogun Waterside.
The discussion event will take place at the Congress Secretariat, Leme, Abiola Way and is scheduled to hold on the 11th, 18th, 25th of May and 2nd of June, 2022.
