The Senate on Tuesday, confirmed the nomination of the Special Assistant on Social Media to President Muhammadu Buhari, Lauretta Onochie as the Chairman of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
The Senate, at the plenary also confirmed 14 other nominees as board members of the NDDC.
Both the Senate and House of Representatives Committees on Niger Delta had earlier screened Onochie alongside 14 others for the NDDC board roles.
