Members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Abeokuta South LG on Tuesday expressed appreciation to the leaders of the party over the just concluded Empowerment programme, which took place at Gbokoniyi, Onikolobo Abeokuta.
A group, Justice and Equity Forum, which comprises of leaders of the APC in Abeokuta South Local Goverment had organised an empowerment programme where over 200 members got cash gift in appreciation of their support and commitment.
Some of the beneficiaries who spoke with our correspondent expressed satisfaction in the conduct of the exercise.
They also pledged their support for the reelection bid of governor Dapo Abiodun and the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
Leaders present at the event were Aare Remilekun Bakare- Ogun state property and investment corporation, Hon. Tajudeen Egunjobi, S.A on Housing; Hon. Yusuf Adejojo, Member OGHA and Hon. Adeyemi Ademuyiwa, Member OGHA.
Others were Hon. Farooq Akintunde, Hon. Abiodun Ajayi, Hon. Desmond, G9 Chairmanship aspirants and DA Councillors.
