A frontline real estate in Ogun State, IAS Unique homes and property has officially launched Nigeria Immigration Treasure City in the state.
The launching took place in Abeokuta, the Ssate capital during the company’s New year Funfair for it’s staff and customers.
Speaking at the Event, the chief Executive Officer of IAS Unique homes and property Prince Ayobami Akanji Adelani appreciated God for the success record so far in the real estate business.
Prince Adelani , hinted that the project launch was to replicate what Lagosians enjoyed in Abeokuta considering the proximity.
He said, “today’s event is to thank God for all he has done and to appreciate our customers and staffs
“Nigeria Immigration Treasure City Ogun State Command Cooperative, Wasimi ogun State, the motive behind is that people say enjoyment can only be found in lagos, What happened to Abeokuta and am sure if they see the value they would come.
The CEO also appreciated his customers by extending opportunity for investment in real estate business.
He added, “To appreciate my customer I have a package where they can invest , if they bring #one million that will get One million five hundred thousand that is 50 per cent gain within six to Eleven months , that’s enough to appreciate them.
“I have contributed to the economy growth of Ogun State, where I have more than Seventy-Five Staffs and am paying my dues according
“I want people to come and patronize to see the great benefits, IAS is a company that is operated with God’s fairing and we believe our dealings today will define tommorow.
“It is true we might have challenges with our customers because of lack of understanding or with those raised against us to destroy the company’s image but with God we prevail and I know our customers will enjoy us.
“In the next five years, the rate at which we sell will be different, it might be selling of houses, building estates and selling to people”
The Event also witnessed signing the Memorandum of Understanding to the company’s Ambassador which includes
Adewale Alebiosu ,Bose Aregbesola ,
Abdulkabir Alayande (A.k.A.- Ere Asalatu)
With plots of land worth millions of Naira given to them each.
Speaking on behalf of the company’s Ambassadors Adewale Alebiosu appreciated the CEO and promised that they will contribute to the growth of the company .
Reacting on behalf of the customer after receiving gifts from IAS Unique homes and properties, Mr Alabi Folorunsho, appreciated the company for the kind gesture hence implored other citizens to partner with the company.
He added that one of the major things he appreciated much about the company was that they place a high emphasis on documentation, Goodwill and integrity which has distinguished them from others, which most of the clients were interested in most.
In his words,” One behalf of other customers I appreciate the company because this event is quite impressive and IAS is Commendable the atmosphere is friendly , it’s worth awhile to having a relationship with this company , the way they handle their client isn’t official only but goes extra miles that your worries are alleviated as issue raises is well attended to.
” Once the payment is made and the transaction completed they go quickly to allocate and once all the pereuisite have been taken care of.
“It’s a company I would implored other to partner in terms of land banking, land investment and land related matters
” I didn’t expect the gift forthcoming , it was quite of a surprise , I would thank the organizers for the initiative because it’s an encouragement to me and that gave me assurance that in as such transaction are continuous to us gifts will always be available.”
