    7 killed in fresh Plateau attack

    About seven people have been killed in an attack in Mushere community of Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State.

    The attack, it was, learnt happened on Tuesday night.

    Sources said it was a fall out of Monday’s attack/kidnap attempt which led to the death of a pastor, and another attack on a Fulani settlement.

    According to a youth leader simply identified as Dafang, after the attack, the people of the area wanted to go and bury the victims when the assailants launched another attack, which got people scampering for cover.

    The youth said security operatives were contacted and they mobilized to the area.

    When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Plateau State Command, Alfred Alabo, said he is yet to get the details of the attack, but would get back with detailed facts.

    However, he had not done so as of press time.
