New England Revolution assistant coach, Pablo Moreira praised Alhassan Yusuf for his impressive performance in the club’s 1-0 victory over Nashville SC.
Yusuf put up an impressive performance in the encounter.
Moreira praised the defensive midfielder’s work ethic and exceptional passing abilities.
“I think as more games go, you’re going to see him be more comfortable,” Moreira was quoted as saying by The Blazing Musket.
“But it’s what we saw, it’s why we wanted him here, and he’s just scratching the surface because, I said this last time, he’s got a world class engine.”
Yusuf joined the Major League Soccer (MLS) club from Belgian Pro League outfit, Royal Antwerp in the summer.
He signed a three-year contract with the option of another year.
