Remo Stars technical adviser Daniel Ogunmodede said he is proud of his team’s resilience and fighting spirit in the defeat to Kwara United.

The Sky Blue Stars lost 1-0 to Kwara United in a matchday five encounter at the Kwara Sports Complex Ilorin on Sunday.

It was Remo Stars’ first defeat of the season.

Shola Abdulraheem scored the only goal of the game.

Ogunmodede assured that his team will continue to push to achieve their target for the season.

“Despite not achieving our desired outcome in Ilorin, I’m proud of our resilience and incredible team spirit,” Ogunmodede stated on X.

“Let’s keep pushing, full focus on the next challenge.”

Remo Stars will take on Nasarawa United in their next league match.
