Remo Stars owner, Kunle Soname has promised the Flying Eagles the sum of N5m if they successfully defend their title at the WAFU B U-20 Championship in Togo.
The Flying Eagles won the last edition of the competition staged in Niamey, capital of Niger Republic.
Aliyu Zubairu’s side are drawn in Group B with Burkina Faso and Cote d’Ivoire.
The holders will face Burkina Faso in their opening game at the Municipal Stadium, Lome on Friday.
The top two teams in the group will qualify for the semi-finals
The championship is a qualifying tournament for next year’s Africa U20 Cup of Nations.
