Lobi Stars technical adviser, Daniel Amokachi believed that the arrival of Mika Lönnström will help the team experience positive development.
Lönnström was unveiled as Lobi Stars head coach in Makurdi on Tuesday.
Amokachi revealed that the Finnish tactician is a man with huge pedigree and deep knowledge of modern day football.
“Mika Lönnström is a man of pedigree; his working ethic will help us a lot,” Amokachi stated during Lönnström unveiling ceremony.
“In modern football, you must have young players who would work tirelessly.
“I have identified good young players in the team, and we shall be working with them pending when the window of the league is open for other decisions.”
DAILY POST recalls that Lönnström took charge of Lobi Stars training session on Tuesday ahead of their matchday 11 fixture against Abia Warriors.
