Jigawa Golden Stars will participate in the 2024-25 Nigeria National League, DAILY POST reports.
The Dutse side have secured the slot of Mailantarki Care FC in the league.
Director of Media and Communication of Mailantarki Care FC, Adamu Usman disclosed this in a chat with DAILY POST.
Usman said that Mailantarki Care FC reached a mutual agreement with Jigawa Golden Stars on the decision.
“We have successfully swapped our league status with Jigawa Golden Stars,” Usman told DAILY POST.
“Mailantarki Care FC and Jigawa Golden Stars both had a mutual agreement on player transfer and some others.
“Mailantarki Care will be participating in the Nationwide League One next season.”
DAILY POST reports that Jigawa Golden Stars enrollment into the NNL awaits approval by the league organisers.
