21 Year-Old Man Allegedly Shot For Refusing To Give Police N200,000

A 21 year-old man has been allegedly shot by yet-to-be identified policemen for refusing to give them N200,000.

This was disclosed by Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan in a video on his Facebook page on Sunday, showing the young man lying in the hospital.

VeryDarkMan explained that the incident occured in Kubwa, Bwari Area Council of the FCT, Abuja.

“21 years old boy shot by the police yesterday in Kubwa, Abuja because they requested 200k and he didn’t have to give them,” VeryDarkMan posted along with the video of the incident.

“Are we going to be running away from thieves, armed robbers and kidnappers, and still be running away from Nigeria Police that are supposed to be protecting us?

“This thing is getting crazier by the day. Just look at this young boy on my screen that was allegedly shot yesterday. This boy said they met him and next thing, they were asking him to bring N200,000.”

VeryDarkMan further called on the Force Police Public Relations Officer, and FCT police Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, to do a deep investigation on the matter.
