Abia Warriors defender Collins Nwoburuoke has pleaded with the club supporters following the team’s back-to-back defeats in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.

The Umuahia-based club lost their last two games against Heartland and Lobi Stars, respectively.

Abia Warriors also dropped to 13th position on the NPFL table following the defeats.

Nwoburuoke assured the fans of the team’s commitment and resolve to battle on all fronts for positive results going forward.

“Warriors’ Nation, don’t lose faith! We’ve faced tough times, but our resilience and determination will carry us through. We’ll regroup, recharge, and come back stronger,” Nwoburuoke told Abia Warriors media.

“To all Abia Warriors supporters, we hear you, we see you, and we feel your passion. Your loyalty and support fuel our drive to succeed. We’re working tirelessly to turn our season around. Warriors’ Family, we’re in this together. We’ve experienced setbacks, but our spirit remains unbroken like the fearless warriors we are. We’ll learn from our mistakes, adapt, and overcome.

“Abia Warriors fans, your unwavering support means everything. We’re committed to delivering results and making you proud. We’ll work tirelessly to restore our winning tradition. To the entire Warriors’ Nation, we appreciate your loyalty and patience. We’re rebuilding, recharging, and refocusing. Our winning culture will be restored, and we’ll dominate the pitch once more.

“We will bring pride to Umuahia. We will bring glory to our fans. Together, we’ll achieve greatness and make our city proud!”
