Shooting Stars players have been enjoined to reenact the form displayed in Sunday’s Nigeria Premier Football League matchday 11 fixture against El-Kanemi Warriors in their next game.

The general manager of the club, Dimeji Lawal made the call after the team’s training session in Ibadan.

Lawal commended the players for their doggedness in the clash against El-Kanemi Warriors.

He urged the players to approach their next fixture against Ikorodu City with utmost zeal and determination.

The Oluyole Warriors will trade tackles with Ikorodu City in a week 12 encounter at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos, on Sunday.

“On behalf of the management, I want to appreciate you guys for a job well done in last Sunday’s game against El-Kanemi Warriors,” Lawal stated to the players.

“I’m quite happy that you did not disappoint us and you did not disappoint yourself also, but ultimately, you made our supporters and fans happy.

“Now we look forward to the next game against Ikorodu City in Lagos on Sunday, and I want to charge you guys to replicate that form by getting a positive result against Ikorodu City.”
