The Chairman of the Abeokuta North Local government in Ogun State, Prince Adebayo Ayorinde has been suspended.
Ayorinde was suspended after a meeting of legislators in the early hours of Wednesday.
PLATFORMTIMES gathered that his suspension came following allegations of selling local government lands without informing the authority.
He was also accused of maladministration.
Unconfirmed reports are that only 10 out of 16 legislators were present during the suspension move.
