    Ministerial list:  Wike Assigned FCT, Keyamo To Oversee Aviation, Fagbemi In Charge Of Justice

    President Bola Tinubu, has allocated portfolios to his ministerial nominees. 

     

    The list was announced to journalists by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.

     

    The  ministerial list has revealed the anticipated assignments for key government roles as the former governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, has been designated to oversee the Federal Capital Territory. 

     

    From the list, the renowned lawyer and advocate, Festus Keyamo, has been appointed to head the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, indicating a potential boost in Nigeria’s aviation sector.

     

    Also, the list disclosed that Lateef Fagbemi, a distinguished legal luminary, will take the reins of the Ministry of Justice. 

     

    This appointment is expected to inject a fresh perspective into the legal system and foster a commitment to justice and fairness.

     

    According to Ngelale, Tinubu appointed Mr. Wale Edun as the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, while Bunmi Tunji is the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy.

     

    The Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, is Bosun Tijani while Ishak Salako was appointed as the Minister of State, Environment and Ecological Management,

     

    The immediate past governors of Rivers and Ebonyi states, Nyesom Wike and Dave Umahi were appointed as ministers of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, and Minister of Works, respectively.

     

    Adedayo Adelabu, chosen for the Ministry of Power, carries with him a wealth of experience that could potentially alleviate Nigeria’s persistent power challenges.

     

    Additionally, the Ministry of Innovation Science and Technology will be under the guidance of Uche Nnaji, signaling an emphasis on technological advancement and modernization.
