Western Nations Orchestrating Mass Abduction In Nigeria, Says Ex-minister Fani-Kayode

Former aviation minister Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode has pointed fingers at international communities and agencies for the persistent mass abduction of children and pupils by terrorists in Nigeria.

Recent incidents in Kaduna, Borno, and Sokoto, where hundreds were kidnapped within three days, have raised serious concerns.

The Sokoto State Police Command confirmed the abduction of 15 Almajiri students in the Gada Local Government Area on Saturday.

Responding to these events, Fani-Kayode, in a press statement, alleged that these abductions aimed to undermine Bola Tinubu’s leadership and potentially lead to the country’s dissolution.

Fani-Kayode outlined two primary motives behind the abductions: acquiring funds to purchase arms and fund terror, and destabilizing the country to discredit the President and the Federal Government.

He emphasized the involvement of shady international criminal cartels, foreign governments, intelligence agencies, and local accomplices in this sinister agenda.

According to Fani-Kayode, Nigeria is targeted for destruction, division, and disintegration by forces threatened by its regional hegemony and strategic national interests.

He urged awareness of the broader conspiracy aiming to weaken Nigeria and turn it into a vulnerable pawn for economic and military annihilation.

The former minister questioned the funding and arming of terrorists, drawing parallels with similar incidents in various countries.

He criticized the West’s role, stating that seeking their help in the fight against terrorism is akin to asking the “big bad wolf to save little Red Riding Hood,” as he alleges their hidden hand in Nigeria’s challenges.

Fani-Kayode concluded by expressing the need for assistance from other nations, including Russia, China, and Iran, to restore peace, dignity, and prosperity in Nigeria, as he perceives the West as complicit in the nation’s ongoing crisis.
