Bayelsa United have announced the signing of former Flying Eagles captain, Daniel Bameyi.
The right-back signed a one-year contract with the Prosperity Boys.
Bameyi joined the former President Federation Cup champions from non-league side Yum Yum FC.
DAILY POST reports that Bayelsa United head coach, Ladan Bosso, is understood to have facilitated the move.
Bameyi captained the Flying Eagles under the tutelage of Bosso.
The defender was reported to have turned down numerous offers to move to Yenagoa.
