Akwa United have declared Samuel Ganda ‘Absent Without Official Leave’, AWOL.
Ganda, according to the Promise Keepers, failed to return to the team two months after their resumption.
The media director of the club, Mfon Patrick disclosed this in a statement on the social media.
Patrick stated that Ganda is contracted to the Promise Keepers until 2025.
Akwa United have notified the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, and all football clubs concerning the missing player.
Ganda joined the former NPFL champions at the start of the 2023-24 season.
