Victor Osimhen’s release clause has been reduced to €75million by Napoli.
The Nigerian striker had a €130million release clause inserted in the deal he signed with the Serie A side last year.
However, Osimhen failed to seal a move away from Italy this summer and is now set to join Galatasaray on a season-long deal.
The Turkish club will cover his €9/10m salary, with no option or obligation to buy.
Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, wrote on X: “Victor Osimhen to Galatasaray, here we go! Deal done and all documents have been approved.
“Osimhen’s release clause will be €75m with Napoli option to extend until 2027.
“Loan move to Gala until June 2025, €9/10m salary covered.
“No buy option, no obligation.”
