Enyimba have announced the departure of Daniel Ekpo from the club, DAILY POST reports.
Ekpo teamed up with rivals Abia Warriors for the 2024-25 campaign.
Enyimba confirmed the midfielder’s departure on social media.
“Enyimba FC can confirm the departure of Daniel Ekpo, who has joined Abia Warriors,” Enyimba wrote on X.
“We appreciate his contributions and wish him the best of luck.”
Ekpo joined the nine-time League champions at the start of the 2023-24 season.
He scored one goal in 12 League appearances for Enyimba.
