    ‘My bag is still missing’ – Sowore raises alarm after release from detention (Video)

    The 2023 presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, and the convener of Revolution Now, Omoyele Sowore, has raised the alarm over his missing bag.

    Sowore alarmed the public a few hours after his release from immigration’s detention at the Lagos state international airport on Sunday.

    DAILY POST reports that the activist was detained upon his return to Nigeria from the US.

    Speaking after his release in a viral interview on Arise TV on Sunday evening, Sowore stated that one of his bags was still missing.




    In a now trending video on social media, he said “After they gave me back my seized passport I went to get my bag. Of course one of my bags was missing. My big bag.

    “I hope it’s not the DSS that stole it. It is missing but after reaching out to the airline to look for it. The airline said the tracker on my phone from the America shows that the bag arrived. But like I said, I hope they didn’t try to do something stupid with my bag.”
