Twenty-one suspected internet fraudsters have been arrested at different locations in Benin City, Edo State. EFCC operatives in Benin made the arrest on Tuesday. In a statement on its X page, EFCC said suspects were arrested based on actionable intelligence on their alleged involvement in internet related fraud. FMDQ data showed the naira strengthened to N1639.50 against the dollar on Thursday from N1,681.65 exchanged on Wednesday. This represents a N42.15 appreciation.
