Arsenal left-back, Nuno Tavares, has revealed that the club’s former midfielder Matteo Guendouzi convinced him to join Lazio on loan this summer. The House of Representatives tribunal has sacked the member representing Igboeze North/Udenu federal constituency, Simon Atigwe. The tribunal also declared Dennis Nnamdi Agbo of the Labour Party, LP, the actual winner of the Igbo Eze North/ Udenu Federal constituency rerun election. The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, declared Atigwe of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, the winner of the re-run election held on February 3rd, 2024. DAILY POST reports that a bill seeking to penalize Nigerians who refuse to recite the national anthem is currently on the floor of the House of Representatives. According to RMAFC, each of the 109 lawmakers of the red chamber earns N1,063,860 salary and allowances per month.
