Dangote Refinery has petitioned the Federal High Court in Abuja seeking the annulment of the import licenses granted to the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL. It also requested the annulment of licenses to Matrix Petroleum Services Limited and A. A. Rano.
