Benue State government has vowed to to begin strict enforcement of sanitation laws on serial defaulters in the state. The police in Ogun State has apprehended three suspects for motorcycle theft in the Owode Egba area of the state. The suspects are Adegboyega Sarafa, age 42, Soliu Bankole, 38, and 46- year old Sogo Idris, also known Agbara. An Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court, Ibadan, on Tuesday remanded two persons-Adeyinka Olodude, 21, and Raphael Babatunde, 22 – for alleged murder. The defendants, whose addresses were not provided, are charged with conspiracy and murder. The Magistrate, Mrs Gladys Oladele, did not take the pleas of the defendants for want of jurisdiction.
