Operatives of the Benin Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have arrested 46 suspects ovee alleged involvement in internet-related fraud in Delta State. The suspects were arrested in, Warri, Ubeji and Jeddo community in Okpe LFA on Sunday, September 8. The EFCC disclosed this in its website on Wednesday. The EFCC recovered from the suspects 13 exotic cars, laptops and mobile phones. According to the EFCC, the suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded. Jigawa State Government has handed over the Baturiya Wetland and Games Reserve to the Federal Government. Conservator General of the Federation Ibrahim Musa Goni stated this while speaking at the official handing over of the reserve held at Government House, Dutse. He said the Baturiya Wetland and Games Reserve was the first among the proposed nine parks to be taken over by the Federal Government. The Edo State Police Command has been warned against partisanship in the forthcoming governorship election in the state. Four hundred Nigerians including 90 females and 310 males have been deported from the United Arab Emirates, UAE, the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, reports.
