Bauchi State Police Command have arrested four people in connection with the death of a two-year-old girl in Ningi local government area of the state. The was reported to have been raped to death. Among those arrested are the child’s 17-year old mother, Lauratu Saleh and 23-year old father, Abubakar Usman, along with a chemist who provided initial medical aid and a relative who assisted in transporting the child’s remains to her father.
