A 30-year-old man, Tum Joseph, was on Tuesday, docked at an Upper Customary Court in Kafanchan, Kaduna State, for allegedly stealing a mattress and clothes from his mother. Joseph is charged with three counts of criminal intimidation, inciting disturbance of public peace and theft. An Area Court sitting at Centre-Igboro, Ilorin, on Tuesday dissolved the Islamic marriage between  Omoalijana Ibrahim and Mrs Kudirat Ibrahim over stubbornness of the woman. A  21 year-old marriage between Isiwatu Ibrahim and Mumini Kadri has been dissolved by the Center-Igboro Area Court, Ilorin,Kwara State . A 45-year-old  football coach, Bankole Oginni has confessed that he killed his ex-lover identified simply as Bose with hot water and later dismembered her body.  Oginni reportedly committed the offence  in his room at Danjuma area, Oke-Aro, Akure, the Ondo State capital.
