The police in Niger State have confirmed the death of a yet-to-be-identified man after an alleged marathon sex with a lady at the Paiko Local Government Area lodge in the state. Nigeria’s headline inflation increased to 32.70 percent in September 2024 from 32.15 recorded in August amid the hike in the pump price of petrol. The National Bureau of Statistics, NBS, disclosed this on Tuesday in its Consumer Price Index and Inflation report for September 2024. The Lagos State Police Command has dragged two men, Chiagoziem Obi, and Joseph Nkpokpo, before an Ojo Magistrate’s Court in Lagos, over alleged stealing of chairs valued at N9.6million.
