A 13-year-old Nigerian programmer, Joshua Agboola, has emerged as the youngest Certified Amazon Web Services (AWS) Developer Associate in Africa. Agboola achieved the feat after a grueling two-hour examination that tested his skills and knowledge in deploying, troubleshooting, and development on the AWS cloud platform. The Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, has explained that the immediate past governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike escaped grill from the senators during the ministerial nominees screening because of his past ministerial appointment. The Manufacturers Association of Nigeria has hinted that multinational manufacturers were already making plans to exit Nigeria due to the toll energy cost was taking on business profitability. The MAN lamented that  it has spent  about N783bn between 2014 and 2022  to self-generate power to augment the insufficient power supply from power distribution companies to power their factories.
