An Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court on Thursday remanded a 53-year-old man, Bitrus Daniyan, in a Correctional Centre for alleged indecent sexual assault of his seven-year-old daughter. The Magistrate, Mrs E. Kubeinje, who did not take Daniyan’s plea, ordered that the case file be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for advice.
