A 54-year-old physically challenged deputy director with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, Yisa Usman has been arraigned for threatening the wife of the JAMB registrar, Raheemat Oloyede. The defendant was dragged before the Federal High Court, Abuja on Tuesday for threatening Oloyede with the intent to blackmail her husband, Ishaq Oloyede, the board’s registrar.
