The Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, has said he is poorer by 10 per cent in the last four years as governor of the state. Makinde made this known on Sunday while speaking with newsmen in Ibadan. Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, Zikrullah Hassan, has said that over 1,400 intending pilgrims have been airlifted for hajj. Hassan said this in a statement issued on Friday, declaring that he is pleased with the quality and standard of the aircraft deployed for the exercise.
