A 25-year woman (name withheld) on Wednesday told an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court how a bishop, Oluwafeyiropo Daniels, allegedly raped her while praying. The alleged rape occurred at the cleric’s residence in Lekki, Lagos State. A 26-year-old man, Sulaityo John charged with stealing five tubers of sweet potatoes inside a church has been freed by a Grade I Area Court sitting in Kabusa, Abuja, on Thursday. A man, Jibrin Sawuta, on Thursday, dragged a middle-aged woman, Hassana Yohanna, before an Upper Customary Court in Kafanchan, Kaduna State for allegedly calling him impotent. Ahead of the May 29 Inauguration, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency have arrested 17 suspects including 14 drug users in various drug joints in Abeokuta, the state capital.
