A 30-year-old man, Tum Joseph, was on Tuesday, docked at an Upper Customary Court in Kafanchan, Kaduna State, for allegedly stealing a mattress and clothes from his mother. An Area Court sitting at Centre-Igboro, Ilorin, on Tuesday dissolved the Islamic marriage between  Omoalijana Ibrahim and Mrs Kudirat Ibrahim over stubbornness of the woman. A  21 year-old marriage between Isiwatu Ibrahim and Mumini Kadri has been dissolved by the Center-Igboro Area Court, Ilorin,Kwara State . A 23-year-old labourer,Abdulwahab Yusuf, has been arraigned before the Sharia Court in Kano for allegedly stealing cow skin (ponmo) valued at N8,500. The accused who resides in Tukuntawa Quarters, is facing charges of theft as he appeared before Judge Umar Lawal-Abubakar on Tuesday.
