Five Police officers returning from Edo State on a special assignment died while 11 others sustained injuries in a ghastly motor accident on Tuesday. The accident occurred along the Zaria-Kano road. The Command’s Public Relations Officer, SP Abdullahi Haruna confirmed the incident. “The accident occurred at Karfi, some few kilometers to Kano and five of the officers died as a result of the accident while 11 others sustained injuries,” he said.
