Troops of the Nigerian Army have arrested seven suspects during a raid of a baby factory in Adamawa State. The Army rescued 17 teenage girls as well as two babies. The operatives of the Ebonyi State Police Command have killed three of the suspected killers of an official of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Emmanuel Igwe, and rescued his kidnapped wife, Charity.
