The Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Engr Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev, has said the government is planning to construct Datsin Hausa Dam in Adamawa State, to serve as a buffer to perennial flooding from the release of water from Lagdo Dam when opened by the Cameroonian authorities.
